The length of course recommended is two years and the Com is willing to pay Mr. Woo at a rate of £5 weekly.
In both cases the students will be expected to confirm to the works' rules and hours of work.
Arrangements should be made for these scholars to arrive in this country as soon as possible. Please notify date of sailing and name of ship. Expenditure involved is chargeable to C.D. & W. Scheme D.768, see concluding Paragraph of my Savingram No. 923 of 7th July, 1947.
